The all-natural process of heating soft maple in a vacuum and then re-hydrating results in a rich, coffee-coloured 'roasted maple.' Hard maple butcher block cores are framed with 'roasted maple' to give us these outstanding serving boards. Or, if you prefer, instead of a black roasted maple edging, choose cherry.
